KFC - No Customer Service

I ordered food online, paid for it successfully and went to KFC to collect. My order was on the collect screen when I got there, but I was told that there was no burgers available for my order. They proceeded to tell me they will not refund me. This is not the first time I had issues with KFC Stilfontein, but I gave them a second and third and a fourth chance. I did contact KFC customer care, but they were of no help.

I hope this review will land with somebody who wants to assist me.
