KFC- no chicken and door slams

I've been holding off a bad review on KFC Greenstone, thinking it's always been a once off. But after numerous let downs, last nights was the worst! We waited in the drive in queue for about 45 minutes, get to the speaker and they tell us to order at the first window, another 20 minutes to get to the first window, and she tells us they have no chicken. This is Kentucky fried CHICKEN, right? No bummer, so I order Pops. The card machine isnt working, so i drive around, go to the front door, and tel the lady i just ordered, i want to pay for it. She says "Na, we closed," i tell her i just need to pay. She screams we closed and slams the door shut. Surely you can have a sign saying machine dont work and you have no food. Maybe dont employ people who screams at customers? I'll find another branch, this was bad service at its worst.
