KFC Njoli Square, Port elizabeth

Review on KFC Njoli square Port Elizabeth, 03 June 2018.

I am a regular customer at Kfc throughout and the level of service I received at KFC Njoli square is atrocious. Firstly the Manager is walking around with no care, one till operator and the same till operator has to give out orders to customers screaming her lungs out. I dnt see why there is a order screen for customers to collect orders if the orders are going to be called out and not punched on the screen. I ordered a variety box which I received with a piece of chicken which was drenched in oil, a half filled cup of soft drink and most of it was ice and when I enquired why If was half full I was informed that that is not the normal cup size they use. I was not informed prior to this that they had ran out of cups. Thirdly I think the staff could do with training on how to cook the chicken as the Kfc at Traduna square Govan Mbeki has the crispiest and less oily chicken than this one. I understand that there is less care in this KFC because of the location they are in but they could put a bit of effort in making sure that there is service delivery and care for their existing customers.
