KFC NIGEL ANGELO MALL - Most disrespectfull woman i have ever met

So this all started last year the 10th of October 2017, my step-Dad had passed away that day and with everyone quite emotionally unstable to cook food i decided to go get KFC (worst decision i have ever made) I went through the drive through and the waiting time was rather long which i don't mind, I understand Completely. My problem started when i came to the ordering window, now i have a saying that you should NEVER treat people badly who handles your food, not even complain! also for the sake of them working long hours and are probably tired, I greeted the woman (Gugu) with the upmost respect as I know it is late and i can see she looks tired, i am still busy placing my order when she interrupts me giving me my amount payable, and i said sorry i am not done ordering yet? and she gives one of the biggest sigh's i have ever heard. right continue with my order, after completing my order she confirms it but with such an attitude as if i just insulted her? i thank her for her patience and tell her that i hope her day gets better she just ignores me and walk off, not thinking much of it i get my order and go home, i open the barrel of chicken and start eating a peace of chicken and my word was it the most disgusting thing i have ever tasted I cant ever begin to describe the awful taste and smell of the chicken so we didn't return it(i didn't think anything of it) as it was already late and with the emotional day that we had we just threw the whole bucket away as nothing was consumable even for our dog.

fast foward to about a month later i went to buy lunch at the exact same KFC and to my surprise the lovely Gugu is my cashier again, and the same story i greet her she says nothing I ask her how was her day she doesnt reply i wait an insanely amount of time for my food and SURPRISE! I get old disgusting food now i was a regular customer before she started as the cashier and i never received that rude behavior or the horrible food so its seems to be she is the problem, never mind lucky for me Nigel has two KFC'S so i have been using the other one since. there was also an incident where i ordered a sundae ice cream and it just tasted wrong!! now i know everyone reading this must be thinking why doesn't he just take it back? please read line 5&6 again, i am not a person that likes to complain or fight about a stupid thing like food. so last night 22/01/2018 i went to the KFC at Angelo Mall because the other one was closed and I thought this time i am not going through the drive through to avoid GUGU to my surprise she was manning both the drive through and the walk in tills, I thought maybe if I just be nice she might not be rude or give me 2 month old food i greeted her with ''Hi How are you doing?'' and her reply? complete silence.. the look on her face like i just asked the most dumbest question ever to exist, i started placing my order and she turns and walk away in the middle of the conversation now me just having enough of this i told her to please cancel my order and i walked out. i don't know what i did to this woman to deserve this, all the other people at that KFC are decent human beings they are always nice and helpful but Gugu just hates my guts i don't recommend you to go there you will get served old food with a hint of bad attitude by the ''lovely'' Gugu please sort this out KFC at Angelo mall NIGEL not that i am ever going back there again i just want to warn others you might get food poisoning.
