I ordered regular rounder burger which was disgusting, didn't eat it, the bun was dry with no dressing and the piece of chicken was so hard and old couldn't even cut it with a knife. My husband ordered the 6 piece family meal, the chicken was tasteless he only had half of 1 piece. I'm so dissatisfied and disgusted with the quality of food and it's not cheap. I'm planning on returning your **** food in the morning and I don't want a voucher or replacement food, I want my hard earned money back. So over bad service, your biggest problem is your staff with their no care attitude and their chit chatting that takes precedence over customer satisfaction. Go back to the drawing board and train your staff
