KFC Next to La Lucia Mall Terrible Food and Service

Hi, I placed an order on Friday, 5th June at 16.13pm for a 8 Piece Meal with 2 snack burgers, zinger wings, 2 chips and 2 cole slaw. I then placed another order for 2 mash and gravy and 4 rolls. I waited more than 30 mins. When I got home I see that I was only given 2 rolls and 7 Pieces chicken, the chicken was not cooked and raw and the skin had falled off the chicken. I contacted the branch and told them my issue. They said they will send a driver to my home to give me the 2 rolls I paid for and a chicken that was missing. I waited and no one came. I made another call and the lady listened to me speak and then said she cut the call. KFC next to La Lucia is terrible service and the food os pathetic.
