KFC Newlands selling sour rotten chicken!!! No refunds, no meal replacements.

Guys be aware. KFC is selling very old chicken. 3 days ago i bought streetwise 2 chips from Newlands KFC on Inanda road and the chicken was sour. You cant get your money back and they wont deliver a new meal and theres nothing you can do about it. I called the customer care number many times and all i have is a refference number.
