Kfc newlands failing to deliver and failing to provide feedback

Utterly dissapointed, ordered kfc at 5.26 an hour some change later i get a call to say the driver came but could not find destination driver called me and was completley rude... bare in mind i have ordered kfc alot of times with my current address... then they let me know that they are sending another driver i called in another half an hour later they said driver will be on the way. Then still no movement bare in mind its almost 8pm!!!! Then when i call the final time they tell me they cannot deliver my order cause uts dangerous at around after 8pm.. i had to call them if i never called id be still waiting like a fool for kfc that wouldve never came !!!! Poor service !!!!
