KFC new market wont reimburse me

Hi there, on the 10 Sept I ordered online, received 2 orders via sms and they were delivered- both parcels never had slips. The food was from KFC new market, Alberton - then i noticed that there were extra 3 payments that went thru my account(card) i drew a statement from bank, called and was told to email statement - till today - i have not been reimbursed, sent follow up emails - only yesterday some lady called i think she said her name is Khanyi, requested me to resend the same email i have previously sent- no response up until now. I think when you buy online you r ****med extra payments.
