KFC New Market Alberton, I'm disappointed.

I'm just from KFC New Market Alberton and I'm not happy. Yes I understand that it's month end and it's busy but customer care is key. Nonzwakazi just called for my order, took my slip and kept my food on her side of the counter. She then just left without saying a word. I had to stretch over the counter to get my food and check it. It's really uncalled for.
