Kfc never delivered my order

I placed an order with kfc and i never received it. I called their customer care and they promised to investigate and get back to me in 2-3 minutes which never happened. I called again and the lady i spoke to told me it's too late they can't make a delivery anymore so i asked for a refund and they promised I'll get a message after the call confirming my refund and that has not happened till this time. I'm so disappointed in this, worse my kids are hungry and they were looking forward to their meal.
