KFC Nelspruit Ngodini thinks that you are the least of their customers and they do not need your money.

My experience at the above mentioned KFC made me feel like I was the very least of their customers. They intentionally made me wait for my Oreo Sunday Ice cream which from my view point takes. about 2min or less to prepare, for more than 30minutes, while attending to many other customers who came after me, with the same order as well as different orders This was simply fo4 no reason, or for reasons only known to them.

The cashier (Ayanda) who took my money but did bother to lodge my order, made me feel that he did this on purpose, in order to make me feel that he was in control,or to just frustrate me also for reasons not known or understood by me.

Although I appreciate the managers /supervisors (Bonginkosi) for attending to my complaint and for even giving me a complimentary ice cream. I still feel that the actions of this KFC are worthy of this review as there were no reasons given to me for the wait or treatment I experienced. Neither did the cashier responsible for this service see the need to appologies nor assure me that it was an honest mistake.
