KFC negligence

So disappointing with dissatisfaction from KFC lambton. I bought a meal with a buddy drink. The food was delivered excluding the drink which i paid for. The driver promised from MR D promised to bring the drink, he did not. I called the outlet, they promised to make a plan but nothing or my money refunded.
