KFC NEEDS TO TRAIN THEIR MANAGERS PROPERLY

<p>I had a horrible experience at KFC the one in ellof street. The manager(Musa Machumane) was unkind and not understanding at all, they had sold me a chicken that wasn't fresh i returned it but instead of getting an apology I got a long argument and bad attitude. Training your stay on customer services cuz that's a deal break of the business. I am so not happy with wrist a got especially if its coming from the manager.</p>
