KFC needs to improve services

Hi I entered KFC N1 City and there was about 10 people in front of me. It took us a hour to be helped. The staff was so slow and people in the que started to complain. When my order was taken I then waited another 20 min to receive my food. I then left with my food because I was late for my next appointment. What made me even angrier was it was not what I had ordered originally. I thought let me just eat it. I'm sorry to say but it taste horrible. People expect zinger when they order a zinger meal but it didn't taste like zinger at all, it had a horrible offish taste . The service was poor. Staff stood around and the cashiers had to continuously go to the back and \help"them because the people started bugging them.
