KFC NAD SERVICE

Friday the 15th I had a placed an order at 3.30 on to deliver my order at 6pm My order has not arrived , has I waited till 8.30. The next morning I had called the store and they had delivered my order with no charge. The service levels is pathetic and I will definitely order form this branch again. The lines are always busy so and its so annoying to get through the line. On Saturday they had delivered my order and only to realize that my daughters veg burger was bitten , I had immediately called the manager and she had said we are closed now and that she will call me in the morning and I must keep the burger aside which I did . For someone to had bite this burger . I am more afraid that disgusted as we are in a pandemic and is this is what we get from by buying fast foods. I refused for my daughter eat this burger as I was terribly frighten . I have not yet received any response from the manager as I expected this . this matter will be reported to the health inspector as I am afraid what else is the staff doing behind doors .
