KfC N1 City Mall does it again

Well after some bad service and a bad meal and then some good service and a good meal here we are right back to the KFC N1 City Mall standard of Cold Chicken and dissatisfaction

Sent someone to buy KFC for me at KFC N1 City Mall today 10th October 2024 @16h00 while I waited outside in the car

Ordered a KFC streetwise 3 , got the right pieces however by the time I got home a few mins later the was chicken dry and cold must have been standing in the draw all day long

Went to find the slip so I could give a review and the slip that was included in my meal wasn't even for my meal , instead for a KFC Bucket for 1 order number #2461

The slip has no QR code so I cant even give customer feedback and when I go to the KFC customer survey website it wants a SA number that I can't find on the receipt

Seems that KFC N1 City Mall is back to its sub par meal and inability to include the right slip in the bag .. or freshly made chicken

Meal was not good so unfortunately as usual KFC N1 City Mall has left me down .. chips were warmer and fresher than the chicken so unfortunately once again here I am moaning

Guess this is just what to expect when going to KFC N1 City Mall .. Not sure what to say however I dont recommend this KFC outlet as it seems more likely that you will be met with a substandard meal than a fresh hot crispy piece of chicken .. very disappointed ☹️

YOU GET A TERRIBLE MEAL COMPLAIN GET A REPLACEMENT MEAL THAT IS REALLY GOOD AND THEN YOU GET ANOTHER MEAL A FEW DAYS LATER THAT IS TERRIBLE AND ONCE AGAIN IM COMPLAINING ?? Why not just get it right the first time

Why must I waste time getting a bad meal to moan about it to then have to go back get a replacement meal

they say on the slip if you not happy they will replace the meal , however after a long day and after getting the meal driving home and expecting to relax and have some quality chicken just another let down ..shocking

I'm expected to drive back to KFC N1 in the 5 o clock traffic to get a meal replacement?? Come on guys .. this is not good enough

Seems to me that you need to check everything from KFC N1 City Mall as they lack the ability to get it right , if the chicken isnt right it's the chips , if the chips aren't right it's the chicken or both

Am I expected to sample the chicken and inspect it before they put it in the paper bag ?

How do I take the meal back when they haven't even included the correct receipt in my meal ??

This is a waste of my time , my petrol , my patience ...

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME SUPPORTING KFC N1 CITY MALL ... And unfortunately for them I'm going to complain of the meal is pathetic

Make sure you put the correct slip in the bag please
