KFC N1 City Ice Cream Failure

On Sunday 8 July we went through KFC N1 City drive through for ice cream. After asking the lady taking orders if their ice cream machine is working and ordering 2 cones, we were forced to have at higher price mind you, chocolate sundays because the ice cream was too soft. Only chocolate available of course and once we received our order, and insisting on lids we were simply told they were out. Pathetic product provided and very non caring attitude from staff. I understand it's not nice to work the hours and even less so on sunday evening but as with all retail jobs it is what it is. Very disappointed.
