KFC N1 city

KFC N1 City is a complete joke!!!!! Their staff are rude and couldn't care much about customer service. On the 8th of January 23. We were the last people on the drive through we came at exactly 20:56 pm. The took the order at 21:00. we waited for 40 good minutes. Each time we asked the staff why is it taking so long they would reply in Xhosa which they thought we did not understand, They said we're just being a nuisance they wanna go home!!!??!! After 40 minutes we got our order and we said to them that it is an appalling service to make customers wait for 40 minutes at a fast food joint. As we drove we could hear one of them swear at us, his name was Thabo or Thabang or something like that. I'm writing this review publicly as I wouldn't recommend KFC N1 city, the staff is horrible!
