KFC N1 City

I reached out to KFC on the 7th of February, regarding POOR service, terrible quality of food (I had a piece of chicken, tomato and FEW strands of lettuce on the my burger- I sent photos) and terrible management in the shop with the Mr Delivery drivers and their shocking attitude towards customers and the staff. I was told they would get back to me and I've heard nothing. It's really shocking how there are so many complaints about the same thing at the same store and they are doing NOTHING to fix it.
