KFC N1 Bad service

This evening I had the worst "slow food" experience EVER! I was in the line for food for about an hour. Then I had to wait on my food for about another half an hour. The guy that was suppose to make sure I get my food decided that he's gonna take a break knowing they were only two people working on the tills. His colleague, a lady, conveniently told me she can't give me my food because I didn't place the order with her. I am disgusted by the service I received. Please send your staff for training because they have NO people s****s.
