Kfc must not mislead with their add hope

Went this morning 7th Oct 19 after 8.30am to ultracity south coast in kzn and 2 ladies were in attendance.

Cashier Ayanda (58) without consulting me deducted R4 for Add hope. Apart from the money this is utter nonsense. I objected and she then **** that I was consulted and agreed to donate R4.

These lies devastated me. Please play the camera if u have to correct this pathetic behaviour. I will not want to have lying staff like this. In fact I will not visit that store again. It is all about astute behaviour and principles.

Who even knows if this money goes to charity. KFC must stop this
