KFC must know that I have to wait 30days to get my money which I haven't received

On the 24th of June 2022 I went to buy breakfast for my family via drive-thru and the total came to R130. 80, I was using card to pay and the lady told me the speed point is offline but we can try it, it didn't went through, they took my money and do reversal transaction and I paid with hard cash. On the 27th midnight I was home with my family, I saw R130.80 going out Ref was KFC. Early in the morning I called my bank and they told me that the money it's hanging it must come back to my account. I went to the branch and talked to manager, I explained everything he called his bosses and they say they can see the money and they will return it after 7days. I'm still waiting today 23/07/2022. I left my number at meadowpoint KFC but they are not updating me, I'm using my fuel driving there to ask what's going on. I want my money KFC
