KFC MUSGRAVE PATHETIC SERVICE

I placed an order on uber eats this evening for a 10 piece family treat and 2 large mash and gravy. My food arrived and there was no coleslaw with meal as well as the fact that the chips I received looked to have been half eaten. The Container that the chips were in was dirty as if it had belonged to someone else. I called the store and the person who answered the phone was extremely rude and I had to ask multiple times if she was still on the line. I explained my frustration and she told me to come to the store to fetch the missing items. I then told her it's unacceptable and I can't come to the store hence I used uber eats. She then proceeded to tell me the number of chips I received is correct. I requested to speak to the manager named Norma who reiterated that i should come to the store. I explained I cannot get there and she said they don't have a driver so she will send me my coleslaw tomorrow morning. I told her it's unacceptable as I had paid for it and which of my kids do I give less food to???? She then said she will send an uber eats driver with my missing items. Its now past 10pm and I am still waiting.

I am extremely disgusted at the pathetic service. It was not my mistake and I was treated with disrespect and contempt.
