KFC Mulbarton staff need to be replaced including the manager

KFC Mulbarton staff have the worse customer service ever.I recently visited the new revamped KFC Mulbarton thinking new store,new staff but I was met with yet again the same terrible staff from the original store.Whenever I buy from the drive through they always give me a incomplete order.They just don’t have any direction or team work there,I rather drive a few kilometers more to the KFC The Glen because at that store service and everything is on point.My appeal is to please get this store up to standards or close it down then we don’t keep hoping for change.
