KFC Mulbarton

The KFC in Mulbarton always has problems never once did I visit the store & had a good experience. Yesterday when placing my order I was told they do not have cold drinks for the meals! I then requested them to remove the drinks from the price as I can not pay for something I do not receive, the lady tells me that can not be done. She then proceeds to change the order to individual items and the food ends up costing more than the initial order however; I proceed and accept the order. When receiving the order there were items missing 4x mash and gravy! every time we buy from there something is always missing from the order! The staff is rushing and they do not look at what they are doing they just do things for the sake of doing it. I have previously logged an complaint on KFC's website & to my surprise I NEVER received a email of any form of feedback complaining about the exact same KFC (Mulbarton) They always don't have items on the menu I think this KFC is poorly managed and I will never recommend it to anyone. It is pathetic that KFC does not have the decency to respond when a person complains... And this is now the last straw that I have to complain on Helopeter!! I hope this gets the attention it deserves.
