Hellopeter MENU KFC IS A *****, TOTAL ******* A review of KFC Mtubatuba by Zanele N on 25 Mar 2019 Like Share Comment Report KFC IS A *****, TOTAL ******* KFC Mtubatuba has the worst service and their staff is very unprofessional, I bought KFC Tuesday special and they said it's 85 yet it's advertised as 65 on TV and the lady that was assisting me was rude as hell, I paid for the 85 meat, I stepped out and when I came back they start telling me there is no meat available, i need to come back tomorrow for the meat when I wanted my money back, they said i need to come back tomorrow and i sent an e-mail to the headoffice and no response whatsoever, i paid for a chicken i never got and every channel for complaints is as useless as their staff and headoffice.I now have to wake up earlier than I normally would after a sleepless night with my newborn and make bread for my elder children before the electricity goes off, which means less sleep time and more work which makes less efficient at home not to mention the inconvenience it causes me. They made the mistake but I have to pay it and worse of all my children are suffering in the process.
