Kfc Mthatha bad service

Total bad experience at KFC Mthatha, first they said 30 minutes waiting, when i received food everything was hard and dry, we threw away our whole order. All the staff was eating huge ice creams i ordered one and got a sloppy ice cream. Really disappointed in this service. I will definitely s**** this from my fast food list.
