KFC Mountain mill pathetic service

I recently order fast food via drive thru. After I made my payment one of the kfc personnel asked me to stand in the parking because they are still busy with my food. After approximately 30 minutes someone asked for my slip to see what food i ordered. She came back and told me that there is no mash and gravy and can they give me coleslaw instead and i said yes because i was waiting so long. After 10 minutes she came back with the food and the order was totally wrong. My wife went in and said there is chicken that is not in the bag. They gave the chicken and we drove away. When we had our supper at home my wife told me the colonel burger was totally dry and almost no sauce was on it. We couldnt drove back because they will be already closed when we arrive there. This is unacceptable and this is the worst experience that i ever had with a kfc. KFC mountain mill is the most pathetic KFC branch ever.
