KFC Mountain Mill Mall (Worcester) - PATHETIC AGAIN!!

This is my third review on KFC branch at Mountain Mill Mall in Worcester, Western Cape and I had hoped that things might have improved since my last experience with them, about 9 months ago, but alas NO!

This time I went to the branch myself and I ordered a Streetwise 5 and one of the new Colonel Burgers, as a takeaway.

I received my order very fast, but due to a previous bad experience at this branch, with not receiving everything I ordered and only realizing it when you get home, I first checked that everything I ordered was in the bag, before leaving the branch.

Everything was there - a Colonel Burger and 5 pieces of chicken in the Streetwise 5 box, plus my chips, but to my disappointment one of the pieces of chicken was so small it looked more like a sample piece of chicken than a piece of chicken worthy of being called part of a meal. (Unfortunately Hellopeter.com does not have the function of posting photos or else I would have.)

When I pointed this out to the attendant, I was bluntly told to accept what they had given me and if I want to complain I can do so to the owners.

When compared to the Streetwise 5 meal served at the High Street KFC in Worcester - this branch sure has a lot to learn.

ZERO customer service! and again.... ZERO customer satisfaction!

In other words - as per my previous reviews - still pathetic!
