KFC MOUNT EDGECOMBE DRIVE THRU WORST SERVICE

KFC MOUNT EDGECOMBE situated at 34 Hillhead Drive has the WORST DRIVE THRU process. Every time we use the drive thru, we are asked to reverse our vehicle a little or come a little forward. We are then stopped from moving to the next checkpoint using a cone all because their are sensors installed timing the drive thru.

A drive thru is meant to be a quick and efficient method. It is definitely not at KFC MOUNT EDGECOMBE.

What about your customers? And how embarrassing it looks for you to be displaying this kind of control and cheating whatever system is in place. Your staff is even standing in the rain to make sure that we don't move to the next checkpoint in the drive thru, even though there are NO OTHER VEHICLES infront of us.
