Kfc MOST HORRIBLE FOOD OUTLET

Good Morning

I tried to do an order via the “kfc app” on Saturday afternoon, but to no avail!!

Your app kept booting me out asking me to “SIGN IN / SIGN UP”.

Please note I was already signed up prior to my order, nevertheless I tried to sign up again, but was booted out again as the “email was already in use”. I tried signing up via google & icloud, even this didn’t work.

I spent atleast 2 & ½ hours trying to order a meal, as well as over R40 in data as the app kept taking me back to the sign in/sign up process over & over again. I contacted your call centre, which the lady didn’t have time to hear me out, she just transferred me to the deliveries department who never took my call 9minutes later, I then hung up. IT IS TERRIBLY FRUSTRATING THAT ONE HAS TO SPEND THIS MUCH OF TIME & MONEY JUST TO ORDER A MEAL ON AN APP, BUT RESULTS US UNABLE TO ORDER ANYTHING – JUST A WASTE OF OUR TIME & MONEY IN THE END
