KFC Morgenster Road, Corner A.Z Berman Drive, Mitchells Plain

I am writing a complaint against the KFC on Morgenster Road, Corner A.Z Berman Drive, Mitchells Plain. Firstly, we placed our order at the automated machine at te drive through and got told to proceed to the window to pay, upon doing so, Yanele asked us to place our order again twice. I asked her why we needed to place our order again when we had already done so, but she was too busy having a fat chat with her colleague and then told me that it's just the process. Anyway, we had paid and got told to proceed to the next window to collect our order. When we got to the next window we got told that we needed to wait in the parking lot for 3mins. 15mins later Yanele comes to our vehicle and asks for our till slip and brings us 4 dunked wings which is not what we ordered and I told her this, she then made a comment in Xhosa and stormed off with attitude and then brings us 2x Cokes hwhich is also not what we ordered, I told her once again that this is not what we ordered and asked her to look at our till slip to which she replies in Xhosa, once again full of attitude and she looks at me as if she doesn't understand. I then asked her if anyone inside the KFC knows what they are doing and she replies saying "No". After waiting a total of 25mins, we finally received the correct order and left.

Please can something be done, the staff members have terrible attitudes and are constantly getting our orders wrong. This is not the first horrible experience I've had there. It is basic human decency to treat customer with respect and I feel that if they lack the s**** they should not be employed in retail.
