KFC Moreleta Park - charging me twice for the same meal

On Friday 7 June 2019 I bought a meal at KFC Moreleta Park, the cashier told me that the first payment did not go through and it will be reversed. Monday 10 June two amounts were deducted from my account, meaning I was charged twice for the same meal. When I went to the store I was told that they first have to investigate and then they will call me. The manager on duty took my details and he said he will call me the following day and refund me. 2 weeks later I am still waiting for the call and they have not refunded me.
