KFC Monument Spar service delivery

Is it only me noticing service at the KFC Monument Spar has deteriorated fast over the last few months. There is forever no pineapple or hash browns available for the hawain or tower rounder burgers. This Friday ,10 May 2019, there were no containers available for the pops I ordered and I could not even get burgers for the reasons, mentioned above. This was not the first time I was turned away due to the non availability of what I ordered. For the moms going for a take away after a long days work, going to this facility, has time and again been a huge disappointment. Please, better service delivery it would be highly appreciated.
