KFC monument heights

Today the 29th January 2022 at 18:14 I've order KFC online from KFC monument heights, it is 20:54 and the KFC is not yet delivered. I've paid online, and nothing has yet arrived!

I've called KFC monument heights but the number does not exist. Then I've called KFC customer service 4 times. When I eventually speak to a consultant they take my order number and ask me the hold the line.. It takes so long that the phone eventually disconnects.

What now?
