KFC MONUMENT HEIGHT - WHO IS EATING MY OTHER CHICKEN PIECES

KFC Monument Heights Are ******s, yes I say they are ******s. I Bought 2x 21pc Bucket just to discover the one has 16 pieces and the other has 19 pieces. This is wrong and honestly this is daylight robery. I paid R549.80, for two 21 pieces buckets. How many people out there are you guys robbing. How many people must and and how many must watch because I mean one can't eat infront of other people. I have my slip and order number bought this stuff about an hour ago. The management of KFC must be held accountable for this, Cashier 65 Chrizelda was happy to take my money but KFC itself as a business failed to deliver.
