KFC MONTROSE

I placed an order using automatic ordering machine at KFC Montrose on the 26 September 2024 (02:34 am) , when I went to the kiosk to collect my order because it was appearing on the come and get it they said to me my order was canceled by the system they gonna refund me after 15 minutes, I asked them how come because I paid for the order here's a receipt as a proof that they payment was approved, the cashier called her supervisor(Sne) she also said the same that the system is gonna refund me after 15 minutes till today I'm still waiting for that refund, I'm really confused because I have tried each and every way to report this matter with KFC but I have not received any assistance from them I have proof of emails and even calls but still nothing.
