KFC Montecasino is the worst one
KFC Montecasino
I rarely write reviews, but this was such a disappointing experience I have to share it. I visited KFC Montecasino on a Friday afternoon and was immediately greeted — not by staff — but by total chaos. I was told to use the self‑service device to order my food, but it didn’t print a proper order slip or number, just a tiny little receipt that was completely useless when collecting my order.
I walked to the counter and explained this to a staff member, who didn’t greet me at all, didn’t wear a name tag so I had no idea who I was speaking to, and responded in a rude, abrupt tone — no friendly hello, no acknowledgement, just “what did you order?” and then she handed me an order number like I was an inconvenience. That’s not service.
I stood waiting for ages. No call. No update. No apology. Just silence. When my food was eventually ready, it was cold. Standing there so long and being ignored while my meal went cold is not what “fast food” is supposed to mean.
Then I discovered I didn’t get any tomato sauce sachets. I asked for them — and the woman I spoke to didn’t even respond to me directly. She told her colleague to fetch them, then proceeded to stand around socialising and dancing near the back instead of actually finding them. I ended up standing there for 10 minutes with everyone else watching this nonsense.
When the sachets finally arrived, she completely ignored me and just plonked them under the till. THEN I had to be told to take them. After all that time wasted, I even asked for extras for my inconvenience — and only then did I get a couple more.
This was not a small slip‑up. It was a cavalcade of terrible service — no greetings, no name badges, rudeness, no communication, cold food, missing condiments, and staff more interested in chatting with each other than serving customers. I’ve had better service at smaller takeaways.
KFC Montecasino, you need to seriously rethink your training, professionalism, and basic customer service standards. This wasn’t “fast food,” this was no service at all.
