KFC Money *******

I ordered online. Payment was made but according to the branch they never received the order. I have now been trying for a week to sort this out with both the Kempton Park branch and Customer Service to no avail. According to the branch they don't give refunds. What nonsense is that. I paid for something I didn't get and now I can't get my money back either. Ridiculous.
