KFC MODIMOLLE I want to leave a complaint. Yesterday at 19:34 I placed an order at the self ordering station , I ordered the family fiesta , sprinkel pops and a boxmaster no garnish with a buddy coke and swoped out the fries for coleslaw I was order 1369 . 10 minutes passed by and the manager called me said sorry there is no more mash and gravy they asked me can the swop it for colslaw (they should’ve come up to me before I ordered or when my order was in) I told them no I want the mash and gravy thats why I ordered the family fiesta then it changed to they don’t have gravy they have mash I said I want the gravy as well , the manager said it will be a 15 minute wait so I waited 15 minutes passed by and they said 10 more minutes. I called the manager again and told him I wanted a refund because it is unfair it’s 2 hours before closing why don’t they have stock a back and forth I asked again I want a refund he told me no. It’s bad service and why don’t you have stock ? I got my food at 20:25 almost an hours wait for stock they didn’t have . And according to the rules I shouldn’t wait more than 15 minutes for my food otherwise it’s free ? When I got home the order was incomplete the coleslaw I ordered with the boxmaster wasn’t there and I live out of town .
