KFC MODDERDAM BELHAR

Went to KFC Belhar Robert Sobukwe ordered 2 streetwise 2 at the drive through. We usually take side breast and centre pieces. The lady at the window advised they do not have those pieces and will give us whatever pieces were available, which were 2 wings and 2 drumstick! She advised there is a waiting period on the chicken. We unfortunately could not wait as we had other errands to run. When we got home to have the meal the chicken was blue inside and it had a very bad smell! I had to throw the chicken away immediately! I called the store and asked to speak to the manager but the lady on the line advised the manager is busy. I explained my situation and all she could say was I had to take a picture of the chicken so that they can see Im not lying! Now...we always support this KFC. We can anytime go buy at airport mall but we choose to buy at this KFC! This is very poor service firstly as she didn't even apologize sympathetically and neither did she give me any resolution to this issue as to how they are going to provide better service and quality in future! KFC is a very big brand and for their employees to treat loyal clients like nothing is very bad. I refuse to buy at this KFC. I would then rather support other food outlets.
