KFC missing items on meals on Uber Eats

I would not recommend purchasing from KFC Steeldale. Made an order now from them on Uber Eats for 2 times street wise 2 with pap and gravy and one with chips. for the pap and gravy no gravy was added. for the chips, not even salt. Not possible to eat the pap with no gravy. I feel that i have wasted my money.
