Kfc missing food.

Kfc Jean Avenue can sometimes be the worst. I have been experiencing bad service for a while from this kfc and I’m tired now. Online order instructions/ special requests on online orders are not being followed, The other day I went and the lady hadn’t put in some items in my order and I had to turn back to request for those items. Lady didn’t even say sorry or that she made a mistake, just took my slip and came with the items then continued with life. Now recently I ordered two box meals on uber eats and my orders came with missing items! Raised this with uber eats and nothing was done.
