KFC Midway Mall Newlands West staff member attacked us

Hi. We were attacked by your staff member at KFC Midway Mall Newlands West this evening and I am injured and tomorrow morning we are laying a formal complaint that needs to be addressed. This was when she opened her boyfriend's car that touched our car when we tried to reason with them and be calm to sort the issue out she then attacked us and throwing insults, the whole staff and security had to come out to calm the situation. We are utterly disappointed and furious and actions to be taken.
