KFC MIDDESTAD MALL DISAPPOINTS...AS USUAL!

KFC in Bellville really has bad service and truly are inconsistent. I just came back from lunch. I went there to buy a streetwise two, but instead of the KFC quality I know and expect, I got dry, chicken that was and cold chips. The chicken inside was even hard, almost tasteless.

I know KFC to be tender and juicy and oily, which indicates freshness to me. This chicken didn't even have oil in it, it was just dry and almost an off color white; really unpleasant. I hate how every time I come to this KFC I am just expecting some kind of disappointment and as usual, they delivered on that today. Unfortunately it is the closest one to me so there is no avoiding it. There wasn't even a serviette inside... in the bin that went!!
