KFC Meyerton Service Sucks

Meyerton branch sucks placed an online order did my payment 2 hours after the order was placed the driver phoned me telling me that they dont have my order they ask if they can cancel my order?I mean how do you do that the service is bad the manager actually has an attitude towards the customers.......
