I ordered my food on the app and my order was late after calling back and forth calls to their customer service my order arrived,when I tried to call the store the lady that answered was very rude (her name is Sesi,I believe she said) She told me to call the driver and there was nothing she could assist me with and proceeded to talk to other customers whilst I was still on the line.she was rude very rude,as a distressed customer I didn't expect nor wanted such pathetic service. However the delivery guy Xolani was amazing and apologized for the inconvenience.thank you Xolani I really appreciated your apology
