KFC Meyersal useless

Hi All I have now been to KFC Meyersdal twice and every time we can’t order milkshakes or crushes because the excuse is the Milkshake machine is broken . Again today we stopped to get the kids and my Grandad milkshakes as it was his 86st birthday and yet again machine is broken 🤬🤬🤬 How can it always be the same store that does not work if we could order from mulbarton store every time , totally disgusting
