kfc messed up my cristmas

thanks for getting back to me, I have sent an email addressing the service I received last year Christmas I have been mistreated by collecting my meal as my sister had bought it online i was told that Lauren had received her order, hence I argued for 2 hours until the manager finally came to assist I wanted to send a complaint however I have not been in a stable place last week I broke down when I realized just how much that experience broke my Christmas spirit I was contacted once and never again the store changed staff but that spirit will never be festive for me I cant began to even think what this year has instore for me as I without a family again and without a meal.
